If you would like to request deletion of personal data that MJAU Association has received or processed through Facebook, Instagram, online forms or other communication channels, send your request to:
Please include enough information for us to identify the communication or data the request concerns, for example:
- your username
- the platform you used to contact us
- the approximate date of the communication
- a short description of the data or communication concerned.
After receiving the request, we may ask for additional information to verify the identity of the requester and prevent unauthorised deletion of another person’s data.
If there is no legal obligation or other justified reason for continued retention, the data will be deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period.
